Hi family- I posted this in AP as well as here. Uur sickness often limits us in many areas of our lives. I, for one am agoraphobic as a result of panic, so todays question is:
If you had the money and time and were well, where in the world would you most like to travel- and why?
I would love to visit Scotland- there is something about it that calls to me. Same as England, Ireland & Wales, but Scotland the most. The moors, castles, views, the history!
Would love to live and teach in a remote coastal Scottish village. Sadly- the furthest I have travelled in reality is back and forth between Australia & New Zealand.
Now: how bout you?
Maz XX :-)

Me? When I was younger, my parents took us to England. We stayed there for about six weeks, seeing where they grew up and all that, and we went all over the country and into Scotland as well. The history of the place is fascinating, but unfortunately I was too young for most of it to stick. I'd love to go back there.

Hi! I have always wanted to go to Italy. When I get time, I would like to travel the coasts of the US first. My son will be in Germany 2/10. We are going to try to go see him while he is there for one year. Hopefully we can take a train ride to Paris. Not sure if Italy will be in our reach then since we will have one just starting college. But I can dream! wink

Keep in mind, dreams can be vast and when it comes to this, its a stretch for me!
I hate when people ask for a place I would go... Im going to be completely honest here.. if I were well, had the time and money, and the opportunity... I would go everywhere!
I would go to all the states here to see them. I would go to every country. All for different reasons. I would love to go to Europe and learn about the culture, language, and history. I would love to see all the history that is there. I love history, it is absolutely amazing. I would love to go to Asia to learn about the different cultures. Australia mostly for the reef and to hear people talk! tongue Antarctica just for the experience. South America to learn about the culture there as well and see new things. And lastly, I would love to go to Africa. If I had money, time, and I were well.... I would defn dedicate my life to helping others. I would love to see Africa. The wildlife and deserts. The villages. I would love to be able to show up with food, clothing, and medicine to just give away to the people there. I see pictures of the villages that people live in there and its so fascinating to me.
I would love to go to Africa and help the people there. To study the culture and the people. The language and just to experience how they live. Its absolutely amazing. Also, I would love to travel around and study and learn about specific groups of people, like un-heard of tribes of people located in remote, secret areas. There are groups of people out there that no one else knows anything about. They have there own language, culture, lifestyle, and beliefs. I find it fasxinating to see how others live compared to myself.
Human and nature in general interest me. So, I would love to go everywhere on Earth to just learn and experience and soak it all up. Its vastly glorious to imagine such a place with such diversity and differences. Its breath taking to me and if I could, thats where I would go! rolleyes lol I am always the one in the crowd that HAS to be different!
