Hello Swimmer,

Welcome to HealingWell and the Depression Forum.

I have found the support, validation and encouragement that I receive here, to be so helpful and healing. I hope and trust that will be your experience as a member of the HW family.

I am wondering if you have seen a physician for your depression or are you in therapy of any type. This may be a good thing for you to consider.

Keep on talking with us.

Again a warm welcome,
