Hi All

I've recently seen some computerized versions of CBT for depression that are claimed to work as well as face to face CBT - one called Blues BeGone,  developed by a Chartered Psychologist and practising therapist, Dr David Purves.

Has anyone had a look at this or tried it so far ?

Thanks

Edit: I removed your link as it leads to a site that is selling product and is not offered for free.  MoodGYM is a free online CBT program that is promoted frequently and is also a great online, work from home program you may want to check out.
