Most people that suffer from depression are severly lacking in B vitamins. I think a good multivitamin/mineral are very important and not the ones you get at the grocery store or at Walmart. You need a pharmaceutical grade, but make sure it does not have alot of herbal extracts added in because you could react to them. If you have a health food store, like the ones in my area are a co-op organic grocery store as well, Deep Roots or EarthFare. I think it is of great importance, I can tell when I get lazy and forget to take them.
