Hi folks,
This is my first tome doing anything like this so i dont really know how to go about it. Basically i have started seeing a wonderful woman that i feel very strongly towards. She is an amazing person, kind, caring, funny, loving, the list goes on. The issue i am having is that she sees a lot of the same qualities in me. Normally this would be a great thing for a person to experience but for me it is quite difficult because i am not able to see these qualities in myself. Because of this i am starting to feel down and it is putting a strain on the relationship. Can anyone out there give me some advice on how to fix this problem. Maybe offer some tips on how i can see myself the way my girlfriend sees me and just improve my overall happieness.
Thanks for listening,

Loving Husband

Sounds like you lack confidence. Are you seeing somebody?/ maybe letting out why you feel that way will help you believe you are like that..

Hi Jay,

Often we don't see the good qualities in ourselves that other's see. So take her word for it. It sounds like you have found a wonderful woman. Take it one day at a time, live in the moment. IN the NOW as they say. Don't think too much. Just accept that you have a good relationship right now and go from there.

Often we overthink things, worrying about how we feel. If she says you are a great guy, I am sure that you are. Take it at face value and enjoy the time that you have to spend with her. Do the best that you can. You will see yourself for who you are eventually. And it sounds like she is right about you.

Take care, have a great day.

Hugs, Karen.
