Hi, I am currently taking lexapro to treat my stress/anger problems.
I started taking lexapro around 3 days ago, and under the instructions of my doctor, am taking 5mg a day, in the morning.
However, i'm finding that the lexapro is making me very fatigued and just exhausted the entire day. I'm pretty sure this is just part of the "getting used to it" process, so i'm not that concerned, as i expect that the fatigue will disappear in a couple of weeks. However, I want to start taking the lexapro at night, as i have read on this message board and others that it helps with the fatigue etc. My question is, i took 5mg this morning. Should i take another 5mg now (1:30am) before i sleep, then take another one tomorrow night before i sleep? How exactly do i switch the time that i take the lexapro?

Heeja,

I'm sorry, but I can't really help you with this. I assume your doctor can, so maybe you can call him or so.

Take care!

Definately consult your doctor but here is what I did when I need to switch. I took the morning dose on a Saturday then took my next dose on Sunday evening. No issues, no effects just a switch that worked out well.
