Go to you doctor, tell him about your symptoms and he/she can recommend whether you need therapy, antidepressants or a combination of both.

Hello and welcome to HealingWell.  I am sorry you did not get the prompt response you had hoped for but this is a forum and also a Holiday Weekend in the USA so  please know we care and someone will get to you ASAP.

May I ask if you have ever been dx with depression or have you seen a physician for your problems?

HealingWell’s Depression forum is an open peer discussion of depressive illnesses and treatment options. We strive to continue to create an atmosphere that is both supportive and informative for our members, as a caring environment for members to talk to their peers about their depression, mood disorders, medications, therapy and recovery. We make every effort to advance awareness of mental health issues, as to eliminate the stigma of depression and other mental disorders.

I hope we are able to meet your needs.

Again welcome,
Kitt
