Hello and I gained 30 lbs on Cymbalta even thow my Doctor told me it was weight neutral.

I have been off the medication since the end of May and the weight does not want to just go away.  ARgh !

Cymbalta did not help my depression, not that I could tell really. For 2 weeks I did not have an appetite and then it turned into me being sick and throwing up. I didnt gain any weight. I actually lost 10 lbs when I did not have an appetite... I kind of liked that... but I dont suppose it is really worth it when I couldnt tell a difference in my depression, etc.... hope this helps. take care

was on cymbalta for about 2 months. Didn't really notice a weight gain but it helped my depression alot. My insurance don't cover it and I got tired of fighting them for it so I went back to celexa. Guess I'll just have to wait until Blue Cross decides to cover it.
