Right now im in a situation were i feel that i can have so many people who say they care about me, or just be in a group of people surronded by me and i feel like no one is there and no one can help me. The only people who i truly feel that could help are no longer around. I have been thinking about seeing if i could talk to someone. But i really do feel alone sad

Dear reann,

I have just done a brief review of your previous posts and wonder if you have been to your Doctor lately or are you in therapy?

I know you were grieving the loss of your Aunt and it is ok to reach out for help to get through a loss of someone you loved.  Please do look at therapy or a Grief Support Group if this continues to be a problem for you.

Try to keep busy and perhaps volunteer work may be a way to keep your from feeling so alone and even a place to meet new people.

Take care,
