My anxiety/depression were always worse PMS time. Cutting down on caffeine helps alot, walk everyday and if it is interferring with your life, go see a Dr. It may be a more severe form of PMS called PMDD. There are meds that can help you get through and lived more balanced. I suffered through all this for so many years, too stubborn to get help and when I tried to talk to my Dr. they either did not take me seriously and sluffed me off. I finally found a Dr. that listened and worked really hard to help me. I probably feel better now than I have in over two years. It took alot of work and persistance to get to this point.
