I dream every night without fail- graphic, somewhat upsetting dreams- up to 3 a night. They make no sense. I have had these since I was first put on antidepressants at the age of 14. There are a few things you can try that may help-
try and adjust your diet to avoid all stimulants: caffeine, guarana, ginseng etc. Dont eat or drink sugary foods prior to bedtime. Try a good herbal tea and a hot bath/shower. Consider putting yourself on a schedule- regular, daily exercise and try and not nap during the day. Meditation, sleep aids- I also stopped playing violent/action video games before bed. Find a good book and read yourself to sleep.
