Ealey,

I don't know if your friend should be putting these demands on you. It really isn't fair. Either she is your friend or she is not. No matter whoever else you hang out with. So do what you want. If she really cares about you she will be your friend. Maybe she is a little hurt or jealous. Those are all naturla feelings to have though. So just be nice to both of them. I guess.

Do you see a therapist? Have you asked them what they think. I can only give you the advice that I would use, there are others that might have other opinions.

WELL I DONT KNOW I HAVE BEEN NICE AND I HAVE NOT BEEN A BIT MEAN TO EITHER ONE OF THEM. I JUST FEEL LIKE I AM THE ONE WHO IS BEING DONE WRONG FOR WHAT, GOING OUT TO DINNER FOR MY BIRTHDAY! MY FRIEND THAT GAVE ME THE ULTIMATEM IS THE ONE WHO TOLD ME OUR FRIENDSHIP IS OVER IF I AM FRIENDS WITH HER, I DIDNT DO A THING TO HER TO DESERVE THIS! BUT I FIGURE I AM BETTER OFF WITH OUT HER. I DON'T HAVE TO CHOOSE AND YOU ARE RIGHT. IF SHE WAS A FRIEND SHE WOULD NOT MAKE ME CHOOSE! THANK YOU FOR YOUR RESPONSES! LORI

You are so right, move on. Don't let it eat you up. You are a good person and deserve better. I hope that you start feeling better soon. Remember we are here for you.

Heej Ealey,

You seem to be a nice person, and it would be nice if you would be feeling a bit better, with or without her. Maybe you can let it rest, but maybe it is time to invest some of that precious time in yourself. To take you mind off of things. Do you have a hobby or something you enjoy doing? Now seems to be a good time to do so. You deserve it.

Take care, and all the very best!
