I don't know what you did Jamie, but please don't call yourself stupid or an idiot. You are far from being that. Maybe you made a mistake, whatever it was, but we are all human. So please forgive yourself.

Jamie you are not an idiot. We all make mistakes as we are human. Please give yourself permission to stuff up now and then- hang in there and know that we are here for you.

Jamie sweetie,

Know that we are here for you. I am sorry for your situation. Try not to be so hard on yourself. You are such a special friend to all of us. I hope that you know that. We all do things that we wish we wouldn't have. And we can't change what we did. We just have to put it behind us and go from there. That is the easiest way for me to deal with things of this nature.

Know that we all care about you and are here for you.

Best wishes,

Many big hugs, Karen

(((jaimee)))

I think that's the nature of any addiction: it's always going to be an issue, and I think most people stumble from time to time.

Remember, you haven't failed: this is just a glitch. You get to pick yourself right up and start again, today. I have faith in you: you can do it.

Do you have a sponsor you can call?

Please don't feel too bad about yourself,

Ivy.

Jamiee, you hit a bump in the road.  When I do that, what is it you always tell me?  Now apply that to yourself.  Sending good vibes your way.  You help all of us so much, I hope today finds you feelings better, go forward, stop looking back.  We are not perfect, never will be, each day just keep trying to do the right thing for yourself and those around you that you need.

Gem

Jamiee, if we all were perfect there would be no need for this place. So, you screwed up. It happens to all of us at one time or another, no matter what the addiction is. Mine is cigarettes. Hugs and good luck to you. I know you will be fine!
