Hi ash,

Be sure to study as best you can and then do a meditation before the exam. Listen to a good song that motivates you and envision yourself being calm and relaxed during the exam. Also see yourself getting a great grade! You can do it.

My pop told me "You just do the best YOU can do, and that's the best you can do!"

And then I came up with my own thing, like for things I'm scared to do (Dental Appts., exams, etc.)
As long as you're studying, when you start feeling panicky, visualize the evening, or even the day AFTER the exam.  (For Dental Appts., like a root canal, I just imagine 3 hours after the apointment.  It really works every time for me!  I hope it does for you!   yeah   Yeah!

You might try writing a cheat sheet. Study it then throw it away. Not a good idea to actually use for the test. The powers that be get upset at that. Forgetting about the subject for a bit and relaxing won't hurt either. Sometimes our brains need a little time to process without actually being in the process mode. When you get back to studying, or actually taking the test, the information just seems to be there. Strange and counter-intuitive, but then we aren't machines. Darn it anyway.

What helped me most through undergraduate, graduate and law school was to do all of my my work ahead of time. The night before the test, I would go to the movies or watch TV. If the test was late the next day, I would stop studying early the evening before and go for a run, shop.... anything that would take my mind off the test. I always felt that if I didn't know the material by the night before, studying a little bit more would only make me anxious.
