With so much going wrong, it's nice for something to finally go right. I got a call today from an attorney who is going to take my foreclosure case pro bono. She is my attorney, so she has to do what's in my interest (which is very nice). And best of all, she totally understands how horrible the mortgage peoples can be to defaulting homeowners. She's even going to file a complaint against the law firm that sent out that shady process server who sneaked into my home. I feel so much better. I cried for joy practically the whole time I was on the phone with her. I'm finally tired. I have been so stressed for so many months now & I just completely ran out of energy when I learned that I have someone who will fight this awful battle for me, on my behalf. Gosh, that feels so good. :) :) :)

Hoping you all are having an okay day also!
hugs,
frances

I am so happy for you Frances,

This is the best news!!!  It is about time something good happened for you.  You have been dealing with these awful mortgage people for so long now.  I am relieved to know that you have somebody to represent you.  And take full advantage of this.  You shouldn't have to talk to them anymore.  Just tell them to talk to your lawyer!!!  So wonderful!

My husband started cutting Christmas greens for me today to make wreaths for the animal shelter again this year.  I sure hope that I have the energy to do this.  I also have an order from a store not far from me for three large wreaths.  I am excited about getting this started.  I love making these, especially for the animal shelter, it makes me feel so good.  I have been averaging about four days off work a week, so that should give me plenty of time to get this done.  My husband can make them too and I will just decorate, though I love putting them together too.  I also have to make a lot of swags this year.  They are fun to decorate.

I am so happy about your good news Frances, and it sounds like you will get a good sleep tonight now that this is off of your mind for the time being.

Have a good one sweetie,

Hugs, Karen
