Hey Sass,

Welcome to the depression forum.  And no you are not alone.  We all go through this.  I am so happy that you have joined us.  Try to read some posts and you will find that we are all like you.  It isn't easy being depressed, but we try to encourage eachother and support each other.

Again, welcome...

Welcome to HW... and I can ABSOLUTELY say with confidence that you are NOT alone in this. If you want to tell us more about your depression, that may help us relate to you even more. But, I can say that most of us here can relate to your depression in general. Is there a sprcific reason for your depression? Are you going to attend therapy and/or try medication? What is your plan from here, I suppose is what I am getting at?

Most of the time... I am lost and confused so, dont feel alone there either. I am always in that state. If you dont mind my asking, how old are you? Im just wondering because sometimes age affects the resources available, etc. Plus, there are people on here of all ages and so some may even relate to you even more that way.

You are NOT alone. You are NOT crazy. And you are NOT the only one who feels down. Therefore, you are NOT alone in this. We can help by listening to what you have to say, we can encourage you, and we WILL support you. Keep posting and tell us a little about yourself

Sweetie,

Know that we all are here for you and that we all care. I think seeing a psychologist is a good idea. I see one, plus a psychiatrist too. It works well for me.

I see that your other post has been brought up so I am going to go and read that. I hope that your day is going better. Remember we are all here for you.

Hugs, Karen
