I have all of the stated in the title and IDK how to cope anymore. Before PPD I was able to manage, now its like everything is piling up on me and the people around me, instead of helping to make it better, are doing everything they can to make it worse. A certain person who I am stuck dealing with for a while seems to be doing everything they can to make me snap so they can "prove" im a bad mother...shes apparently got her own issues since she didnt do a good job raising her own, but thats another story, anyway, this person is making things especially difficult and I am now at that point where I feel like Im having a constant anxiety attack. Its getting so hard to manage everything, my OB had perscribed me 25mgs of zoloft but its made 0 difference. I dont have the money or the insurance to see a psychologist/psychiatrist and Im not sure what to do anymore. I guess Im just looking for some support and suggestions on how to manage things because its getting so much harder.

I really think that the best thing that you could do right now is to be a good mother.  That way there is nothing that this other person could do to you.  And that should be easy enough.

I am sorry that you have no resources for your depression.  Have you checked with your local mental health organization to see if there are any programs that you would fall under to receive treatment on a sliding scale.  Often there are some.

How long have you been on your antidepressant?  It often takes four to six weeks before they reach their full potential.  I think that if you have been on it long enough and it isn't working, you should talk to your doctor about it.  Maybe you need a med adjustment or a different kind of med.

Here are a couple of free internet sites that might help you.

I hope that they are of some help to you.  Keep posting as we are all here for you.

thanks karen, I started the zoloft at the beginning of November, when I went to the doctor about my PPD they finally decided it was time to give me something (i had been trying alot of self help things before that bc things werent as bad) but when all this stuff started with this other woman i finally decided to ask my doctor for help, i go back next month, they wanted time for the meds to work, hopefully they start working soon if they are going to work because with everything going on and this woman deliberately trying to push me over the edge its crazy
