hi guys.

darn demented dreams. tossed and turned, sugars playing up as well!! today i asked my visitors to leave. i totally disassociated, i was fidgeting and mumbling to myself, i nearly fell asleep whilst i they were talking. i became withdrawn and insular with my thoughts and went to bed. i've had an hr or so of rest, and a refreshing shower, not much has changed, thus i will rest further. may play some music later. just lost within myself, i will be okay. thx for listening, jamie

Hi Jamiee.  I'm sorry to hear yesterday was such a difficult day for you.  But I think its a good thing that you were able to realize it and ask your visitors to leave so you could concentrate on you.  You have been under so much stress lately with school and your own physical problems and now your dreams.  Hopefully some good rest will be your cure.  However, if not, perhaps you should call your doctor and see if your meds need some tweaking.
Hang in there my friend!

Hey Jamie,

I am sorry that you are going through so much.  I dream a lot.  I thought it was the effexor, but I still dream a lot even on the pristiq.  But I always have had very vivid dreams.

I am glad that you stood your ground and asked friends to leave so that you could be alone.  It sounds like you fully took charge of the situation and did what is best for you.  Many times I just endure it being afraid about hurting peoples feelings.  When I am the one suffering in teh meantime.  No more of that.  I will take your example.  Gald that you were able to listen to some music that you enjoy and relax.

Keep us posted my friend.  You have a lot on your plate right now.  Take care of you.  You deserve that, you are a good person.

Hugs, Karen
