My ex boyfriend and I have had some ups and downs.
We broke up a while ago, but then we would hang out a lot and talk alot.
Within the last month, we would talk almost every night, claiming we missed each other and wanting to see each other. But I always knew in my heart that we would never get back together.

So over the last few days, he won't ever talk to me. Not online, through texts, anything. He claims he's "busy" So I'm a little fed up. I guess I'm feeling depressed because I still really love him and want to talk to him, but I can see he doesn't feel the same way.

I deleted him from my facebook account, and he'll probably think Im doing it to play some childish game, but I'm not. I just feel like I won't get distracted looking at him, and he can't see what I'm up to. I really want t just ignore him for a few weeks so that I can get over this.

My question is...how can I make this easier for myself?

This is a case where "time heals all wounds". It is going to take time and distractions to get over him. I think removing him from facebook was a good idea. You will think of him less. And I am sure in time you will meet somebody new and find that you don't think of him at all anymore. When you are ready for that.

Know that we all here care about you. Come here to talk about things and get things off of your chest and out of your mind. It really does help. Just writing what you did will help you because you finally put it into words. And it sounds like you are really trying to move on. A new hobby could help too. I am sure in no time you will be feeling better.

Here is wishing you a wonderful day.

Hugs, Karen
