I wouldn't mow the lawn in the rain (laugh) but I think you've got the right idea... find something to occupy you. What do you enjoy doing? You need to shift your focus to taking care of yourself now.

How long has it been?

I would give yourself time to heal. Try to let her make her own decisions, and you make yours. If she's not there for you, then you need to take care of yourself. If that means moving on, then so be it. But give yourself time. There's no rush.

yeah agree that a little time out for you both is needed. serafena and yourself are right, best kept busy, stops your mind roominating and being stuck. walking helps for me. take care, with compassion, jamie.
