Ok, I've been on Citalopram 20mg for a week and a half now, I was under alot of stress due to work stuff, but anyway.
I rarely go out with my friend for a drink, but when we do go out, we typically drink alot.
I didnt really want to have to give up a night out, so I did some research on Citalopram and Alcohol.
According to most websites and peoples testimonies, Alcohol doesnt interact with Citalopram. Dispite the generic warning associated with all anti-depressents regarding alcohol, I went out last night, and drank alot.  I had taken my pill at about 2pm, and started drinking at about 9-10pm, drinking till about 1am.
Something somewhat bad happened at around 2am.
I got into an argument with a friend, and we sorta ended up not talkin for about 10 minutes, and during that 10 minutes, I was sorta contemplating the whole thing. Which I think may have stressed me out.
So, what happened next, was my head started getting tingley, and numb, and I tried walking to somewhere quiet (was in a night club) and I remember leaning against a wall, and then the next thing I know, someones helping me up from the floor.
My head has a big friction burn down the side of it now, from where I must have passed out, and scraped my face against the wall on my way down.
But anyway, I have never reacted this way to alcohol before, and there are only two possibilities I can think off.
1. Citalopram did it
2. Someone spiked my drink.
If I had walked near the toilets god knows what I woulda woke up to. Lol, but in any case, I passed out and I was just wondering if anyone knew what the most likely cause might have been? (out of these two possibilities)
I've got a follow up appointment with the doctor tomorrow, dunno If I should tell him about my binge drinking last night. Hes gonna see the mark on my face from me fainting.

Drinking with any type of anti depressant is not good. And drinking in itself makes us more depressed. Tread with caution. Yes tell your doctor. Binge drinking isn't good at all. Take care.
