I don't know what to do anymore, I don't know who I can turn to. I don't have anybody anymore, I feel like the lonilest girl in the world. Theres nothing I can do about it, theres nobody I can talk to. I can't see  my counciler anymore, it clashes with my work. I've told friends who all ran away from it, or pretended it never happened. I only have 2 real friends, one who is leaving me as I am typing. I don't know what to do anymore. I don't want to be alive anymore. I'm so unhappy. I've recently recovered from anerexia, but my depression has never left me. I can't get over it, theres nothing I can do. So many people lean on me, but I have nobody to lean on anymore. I don't want to be here. I don't want to be me. I don't know what to do. I hate my life. I hate myself.

Hi Cater,

Welcome to healing well. I am so glad that you have joined us because we are going to show you that you are not alone with this. We have all suffered depression and some of us still are, some of us have gotten over a lot of hurdles, but we are all a work in progress.

I am sorry that you can't see your therapist. I am lucky, mine is in on the weekends. Well, Saturday anyway. So if I can't make it on a week day, I can see them on a Saturday. Maybe you could find somebody who can see you at later hours, or earlier hours. Don't give up, keep looking.

I know how it feels when you say nobody understands, because sometimes it feels that way. Though we realize that other people have their lives with their own problems, it is nice when you have somebody that will listen. Coming here will help you with that. We all listen.

I hope that you start to feel better soon. I hope that you keep posting, know that we are always here for you.

Hugs, Karen

Cater,

Hi, you did find some place to vent. For whatever this kind of interaction is to you or any of us, it is communication. There are a lot of people here who've had similar problems and want to discuss them. I've been leaning on this site for about two months, mostly just reading. But, now and then I vent like you just did. It can't hurt to just let it out, and then let some of us show empathy and compassion. So many here will, and I hope you will let that little help be a possitive in your life.

Good luck.

Dear Cater , I'm so very sorry for your pain , please try to calm down , You said you have two friends and although one is leaving , can you call on the other to talk too?I hope that you are seeing a therapist Cater having conquered a eating disorder it shows you are a very strong woman , but it does sound as if you've taken on a lot and need to look after yourself . We will help you do that , so please post here at anytime , try the chat rooms and please reach out for help where you are , you can call a helpline for advice where meetings are available for people like us who are fighting all manner of challenges , you don't have to do it alone , we care . your friend Mikel

Cater, I am new on here, and have only been reading so far. I understand, I also am sinking each day. Hard to pull myself up and take control of the situation without help. Walking in the sunshine does helpme at least temporary. My situation feels pretty hopeless right now, but I am trying to have faith that it will possibly turn around soon. Please do not give up
