today i decided upon having a lie-in,considering i dont have college today and dont have much to do anyway. i feel a bit more refreshed today so it must have done the trick... first night in over a year where i have not woke up in the middle of the night for no reason. upon this refreshment i have decided to phone the doctors and book an appointment. its been long enough i think keeping this all to myself, yesterday was a wake up call... i actually articulated what i was thinking about and was treated like an adult on here. i know its only early days but i want to say thank you to everyone, as i say its only been one day but i feel change is coming in my direction. and i will keep you all posted.

Thanks again,

Steff

They will try to start the conversations, may ask you some questions to get the ball rolling. Best wishes to you. Make sure to let us know how it goes.
