hi gang,

2 weeks ago i tried a 7.5mg of immovane, and halfed my seroquel to 750mg. it helped. my doc wants me off seroquel, as i do too. i don't think, and moreso feel that i need it, yeah well for sleep-and only this. the problem is that i am so immune to it, thus every few nights i stay up and do not use it, thus the next night it is more effective-yeah, stuffs your mind and body.

i have not used this. any info would be appreciated. done serepax, mogodon, stilnox, valium, seroquel, largactil. i have had people tell me that it is effective. obviously a higher dose is required. thx for any replies. jamie.

making my appt with the doc tomorrow. he is back from holidays. just wanted some info to take with me and pose the question. cheers to all, jamie.

Jamie,

I am not familiar with immovane. What type of drug is it? Let me know. Is it new?

Oh, gotcha.

I sure do hope that it helps you Jamie, I know how you struggle to get sleep. I take ambien, it gets me there, but there are days that I take melatonin instead. I sleep, but the ambien gives me a more restful sleep.

Jamie-
I am now on Seroquel(300mg) at night. Do you remember how long it was before it started to not work as well for sleep? I have been on it about 5 weeks and think it is starting to not work as well already.

Take care,
Bill

should be effective now. albeit it is one that a strict routine is required. all the best, jamie. 1200-1500mg.

hey gang.

will not be using imovane. i have got the 2 page document from the pharmacist. not recommend for people with depression and on anti-deps. also it is a short-term stacilizer only. not good for sleep-walkers either-me!! only a one dose is imovane, 7.5mg, for me, would do better on a herbal tea!!! asked about melatonin, the pharmacist said this is more of a natural medication, not covered, around $ 20 a month. says it works very well. better than imovane, seroquel, thus i will talk with my doc about it on the 12th. thx 4 caring. jamie.
