good move on seeing the dr. this way with counselling you will get back to you being and feeling better. take the time to heal. get some friendly support for yourself, and if you are having a bad day you can call one of your buddies for support/help. kids are hard work, and with you being depressed it's harder, thus some help of some friends will be of benefit to the kids-esp with bad days. here for you. well done for seeking help early. sending compassionate healings your way. keep posting, jamie.
