cry      I don't know what to do anymore!!  I feel like I'm drowning in debt, my house is in total dissarray, I'm hardly ever home because I'm working two jobs and when I am home I'm so overwhelmed I don't know where to begin!!  The kids, i feel, are suffering because of all this too!  I have no energy to want to do anything fun and we have no money to "go anywhere" either.  My husband is a good man, has a good job that pays pretty well, but with the poor decisions we've made in the past we are totally paying for them now!  The money is unbearably tight!!  Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

What about doing some of the more simpler free things in life, such as a day at the beach, maybe a picnic?  Go to the river, go fishing.  There are a lot of free things to do, but if fatigue is the issue, I would talk to the doctor about that.  I take adderall for fatigue and that really helps.  Maybe you don't want medications, then try meditation to give you a boost.

By the sound of it you are limited on time too, working two jobs, maybe a movie for the family in the evenings would be nice.  Try to designate some family time into your schedule if you can, it may make you feel more relaxed.  It sounds difficult for you right now, but as long as you are wanting to spend time with family, you are on the right track.

I hope that things work out good for you.  I went to write good and started to write food.  That must be on my mind.  lol...

Take care, keep posting.  And I forgot---Welcome!!!

Hugs, Karen

Thanks for the advise and the warm welcome Karen.

Even though I need to work I also NEED to try to slow down and make time for family fun.
Thanks again!

hi, welcome from jamie, male, nearly 38!!

yes to slowing down. finding a balance is key, time for work, play, etc. i no longer make time a key factor, i was it's slave for so long. kids are so adaptable, get their input on fun stuff, you will be amazed. pls hang in there, we are here for you. sorry it took me some time to post. with healing compassion, jamie.
