Alright. It's 80 degrees and sunny out and I'm still a crying mess. Terrified I'm scaring my boyfriend away. Can't muster the energy to go grocery shopping.

Went to my psychiatrist yesterday and he made me feel worse. When I talked about my boyfriend he began saying some things that felt inappropriate. I feel scuzzy because I'm supposed to be able to trust him.

Feeling really rotten and like I'm a waste of space.

I'm going off Wellbutrin because it's not helping.

Just on Ritalin now...

So sick of feeling this crummy... HELP?

Your psychiatrist should not have left you with the emotional impression you have from your last meeting with him. I would be inclined to look for another psychiatrist.

I am sorry for what you are going through. Was the psychiatrist innappropriate with you? Like IG said, maybe look for a new one or discuss it with them next time you see them. I hope things work out for you.

Hugs, Karen
