Exercise really helps me, when I can motivate myself to
do it! It feels really great to push yourself and see
results (weight loss, muscle tone). And you should
definately consider medication. When I'm feeling down
about myself, my life, all the mistakes I've made, etc.....
I try to think about all the good things I have, instead
of what I don't have. There's a lot of people who are
a lot worse off than I am.
