I thought I was done being sad. I was highper last week, and then poof, I'm back to my old depressed sniffeling old self again. I thought that talking to people would help, but it seamed to bring back more bad experiences. Why? I thought this was over. confused

Hello Sweety,

Depression can come in waves and if fact is experienced by most everyone at some points in their lives. Chronic depression is not, however, normal. So if you find yourself chronically depressed you really need to seek help from your doctor. For some people adding regular exercise to their lives is enough to help, but for many it is just not enough.

Keep us posted.
