Sorry I haven't been around. Things have been crazy since Luke died and my back surgery. My depression got pretty bad. I spent last week in the psych hospital but I'm feeling better now. I still have some fatigue but not like before I went in, it was unbearable before. I will probably end up back in the partial hospitalization program i was going to before where I go to groups from 9:15 to 3:15 Monday through Friday. I'm going to look into that today.

Anyway.. hope you are all doing well.. or as well as can be. Hugs!

Chris

Thanks for posting. I have been thinking about you lately. Was ready to do a shout out for you. I am glad to see you are doing better.

Sounds like you did all the right things. I hope that the groups go well for you. I am glad you had a plan for when things got tough. I am real proud of you.

Keep hanging in there, keep trying. Keep doing what you are doing.

Hugs, Karen...
