I just wanted to wish you all a Happy and Safe Memorial Weekend!!!

Be careful out there if you have to travel.

I will most likely be home eating yummys from the grill... Hubby cooks at that time.

I might make some potato salad as it sounds good right now.

We have ribs, chicken and burger to eat when we choose.

I don't know why everything with me has to be about food. Sometimes gardening which eventually leads to food.

Ha!!!

Take care all!!

Hugs, Karen...

Enjoy your weekend, and thanks for the awesome job you do on the forum.

BTW high starch foods such as potato salad are supposed to be good for your state of mind.

**thumbs up** Well,it is all about food.

We are making some tabboulli salad, since the mint and the parsley need cutting back. I want to do an adventure in the great outdoors, but will need to cajole BF to go out. He is in a funk. And, boy, do I get that!

Be well, all.

Thanks you guys! Rob, I don't know why potato salad sounds so good right now. Maybe my state of mind is letting me know what it needs. I use to hate bananas. Then I started craving them when my potassium was low. Go figure!!!

Myself-Thanks for the **thumbs up**. I been kind of busy planting flowers and transplanting tomato plants and a basil plant. Getting outside in the soil feels so good to me. I got some orange coneflowers called "sombrero" I think. They are real bright. I put them next to some veronica and violets that are purple. And when my columbine blooms it will be purple too. I think it will be a nice contrast.

I hope you enjoy the tabboulli salad and I hope BF will go to the great outdoors with you.

Have a great weekend guys. And a special day Monday as a day of remembrance.

Hugs, Karen...

I wish you all a peaceful weekend. For those of us in the U.S., please take a moment to reflect on the true meaning of Memorial Day while you enjoy your activities. Those that gave their lives to hopefully bring about peace and freedom. Fly the flag. Attend a parade. Honor them.

Best wishes for everyone here. Our flags are out on the lawn and grill is clean!

White corn ready
ribs
turkey burgers

I had red bliss/bacon/egg potato salad for breakfast this morning.

Cloudy and cool, but not thunder bursts so I will take.

Everyone be safe and well.

Peace
