Hello all I Have 2 questions I would really like feedback on. 1. Does anyone other than me get more depressed and more anxiety during allergy season? And 2. Does anyone find when they are in this funk they forget to eat because they just don't feel hungry? Thanks in advance for feedback.

Welcome HA!

When two issues happen at the same time, both are enhanced or made worse by the other. It is normal to feel as if your anxiety is worse when you are having an allergic reaction.

Secondly-this eating pattern is normal for those with depression. Actually any change in eating patterns--eating too much or too little--is a symptom of depression. I would say that you need to be mindful of meal times--you might not feel hungry, but routine and fuel for the body is necessary--and it will make you feel better.

In allergy season, it could be a trigger for some thing.
Doing a body scan, asking yourself, what it is your feeling can help.

Eating is complicated, I don't eat when my stuff is bothering me, because food was withheld from me as a child for punishment.

Some people do not eat because it is too much trouble.

Try yogurt, drinkable yogurt. You will get protein and you stomach with be coated for you medication.

Use coping skills
