Hello & Welcome - I am new here too. I have been on 100mg. Zoloft for around 4 years. It has been a godsend for me. Except for weight gain which is a tiny problem compared to panic/depression. The only drawback to Paxil that I have seen as my daughter is on it ... is the "unfeeling...general uncaring" factor. So much so, that she doesn't have much emotion at all. But, she cannot see it for herself. And, she is not on a heavy dosage by any means. My doctor said that Zoloft was to him - more dependable. I can still cry at sad movies and tear up when my grandsons say "I love you." So, I am stickin' with Zoloft. Good luck and good health! Chrislane
