Hello i'm new to this forum so i just have a couple of questions. I was diagnosed with mild depression, ptsd, anxiety and the list goes on, anyway i first was put on paxil which i will not take anymore even though i did relieve most od my symtoms my mood changes drastically so then i was on celexa which gave me severe headaches mostly everday, then i was changed to cipralex which again has help lift the depression symtoms and most of my anxiety, but recently has be having alot of tension in my back and neck muscles, the family doc prescribed flerxeril and naprosyn i just started taking last night i think it helped a little because i wasn;t in so much pain this morning when i got out of bed, anway i have a question about mixing my cipralex with natural anti anxiety anti depressants, as i think that most of the day i am expericing chest pains, feels like jabbing in my chest, I have tried deep breathing exercises to help relax but often find it hard to take deep breaths due the pain in my back and chest. Any sugesstions would be of great help.

Twiggy2, what kind of natural anti-depression reamidies are you using with ciptalex?  From what I have read about St. Johns Wart your not suppose to use it with prescription meds for anti-depression.

Hi it's twiggy2 currently am not taking natural remedies but i was wondering about taking them along with prescribed meds and how effective would it be instead of. Anyway my doc told me that i would have to stop taking the prescribed meds before i started anything natural, so i am going to talk to my psyciatrist about stopping cipralex and trying a natrual remedy and hopefully it will work if i find myself going into a depression again i will immeidatly seek help. talk to ya later Twiggy2 thanks for your reply.
