Hi all.
Pretty sure i'm in a deep depresion again :-) after 4 months of isolation and withdrawl.  I know things in my life are changing and growing but am honestly afraid of the results.  Everyone around me is falling down and i know i'm responible for their demoralization.  need some guidance

Hi Optical,  Welcome back to healing well forum.

I'm not really sure what you mean by "Everyone around me is falling down and i know i'm responsible for their demoralization".  But if you are feeling depressed and are isolating yourself than you need to seek help from a professional for it.  Whether it is a family doctor or a psychiatrist or counselor.  It is normal for anyone to be apprehensive to changes in their life no matter if they are good or bad as we all are creatures or habit.  Please seek help and keep us updated on how you are doing.
