Can i ask a question of you, for you to ponder, is the depression you, ?
it's not is it, theres still you that is saying i want colour and vibrance to be happy etc
so that means it's seperate from you, you're attached to it, but it's not you
Do you understand where i am coming from ?
if it's seperate, then you have a choice as to whether you want to ignore it, play with it, or let it get to you, use your imagination, to colour the sky as you want it to be, use your body and eyes to re-adjust your mind set
you write about the sky being dark, keep looking at it, watching it change, don't think just watch it, let it be as it is,
or go find a rose from someones garden "night times best, so you don't get caught" careful of the dog, just relax and look at it, even if it doesnt excite you at first, stay with it, let yourself think about it's colour, it's texture, the curves of the leaves, everything about it, when everything starts going dark around it, you're on your way, but still keep with it, the place to be, is where you and what you are watching is all there is, find that and you will have a place you can always go easily when things get bad
