Hello Everyone
I'm Kay - 38 - from the UK.
Living with my partner, whose is very supportive of everything I do - I have an 11 year old son also.
I have spent most of my adult life struggling with depression and anxiety, but have - at last - been off meds for over 3 years now (not a pleasant experience) and worked hard to manage my depression through other methods since then.
I'd like to make contact with anyone, really  :)
Just hoping that I might be able to pass on some experience and advice, and a glimmer of hope to others.
Hope to hear from anyone soon
K x

hi there both - and thanks for the welcome :)

yes, it has been a pretty scary few years - but worth it, in my opinion.
i've used a combination of ways to manage...............changes in thinking, herbal remedies and supplements, light therapy, diet changes, exercies, crafting/creative stuff etc......

hugs and smiles to all
