dear hope3,

i'm listening and woried about u , regarding opening up, try puting your thoughts on paper, using hand writing and try to post it on the forum as well or at least one issue at a time. you can do it don't feel embarased because of your problems or your other life issues, propably all of us here had some unfortinate actions or events, just simply talking about it will lift your spirit.

Personally, i did horable things in my life but it maybe for the best, i left a job of income 60,000$ and now i'm down to 30,000$ because of my laziness which i'm trying to stop, lol. whats worse is i dont feel bad about it, the later job is eazier and less demanding so far.

i remember there was a lady here who posted her story, about her sun who commited suiside. and she offered to help anyone who is thinking about suside because she does not want it to happen to other people, so this is an example of how you can help others who got the same problem.

Hi wanda,  Of course your not a bother so please dont think that.  When your dealing with serious health issues as you are and dont know what each day is going to bring it can be expected that depression is going to be an issue.  I dont know if this was what you were referring to or something else, but please know that this is a safe place for you to express your feelings without being judged.  We are always here for you please remember this....Love ~ Elisha

Hi Hope.  I have been concerned about you lately.  I haven't seen too much of you in the chat groups.  Even though we are in the privacy of our homes, talking about our problems to others is very difficult.  I was reading some of the replies that you received, and I am fully behind writing as a place to start.  Definately start off with pencil --writing alone for yourself in a journal or to share with others is a great way to get all your fears, frustrations, feelings etc. out of your heart and onto the paper.  It's not a cure all but when I do this I get an exhausted/relieved feeling.  For just a little bit I don't have to "carry it on me" anymore which provides some relief.

Also, when you are ready to share type it here in the forum.  If you are nervous about bringing it up in the forum we can respond individually here - or when we see you in the forum we can either chat there or go to a private chat.  Either way, you have already taken the difficult step of putting it out there.  And if we have already read it we can gently ask you if you want to talk about it more.

You have been so compassionate to all of us.  Please give us a chance to help you!  ((((((((((((hugs)))))))))))))
