I am 5 days on Celexa after 12 years on Prozac then two months on Zoloft.
I don't know if it's working but I am scared of MORE weight gain and need some motivation.
I remember trying Wellbutrin once and it did help me concentrate more but I stopped it because I started getting body odor and just can't handle that.  I was taking prozac at the time so maybe those two don't mix.
Can anybody let me know what they think of Wellbutrin and what they have combined it with that works best?

I am in a real scary situation, my husband just got diagnosed with an illness he will be treated for, and sterile after, so I have had to drastically change all my psych meds because now we are on a race to have a baby. I'm very nervous about getting back into a depression and anxiety strewn life. I'm already not in the right place mentally due to outside stressors. I'm going to start to see a counselor tomorrow, in addition to my psychiatrist. Anyone have any experiences, or can tell me what to expect? I'm bringing my husband with me.

Hi Rydstrom,  I wanted to welcome you to Healing Well forum.  We are happy to have you.  I dont have children so I may not be the best person to give advice to you here.  Sorry.  I am sorry about your husbands illness, I am sure it is a stressor for you both.  It does sound like you are doing everything that you can by stopping your meds and seeing a counselor when your trying to have a child.  I do know that their are some antidepressants on the market that are safe to take while pregnant but physicians typically dont want their patients on any medications for the first 3 months to insure safety of the child.  Hang in there and in the mean time we are here for you.  Take care...
