I've been taking Cymbalta for about 3 weeks.  The first 1 1/2 weeks was horrible.  I was nauseated, no appetite, very lethargic, no energy, wanted to sleep all the time.  I felt spaced out and totally "Out of IT!".  I did not know if I would be able to continue with the medication, but I was determined to give it a month.  Now I can say that I'm glad I hung in there!  My mood is greatly improved & I have more energy.  I am calm in stressful situations & can enjoy the small things in life again!  My appetite is still a little suppressed, but for me that is a good thing.  I am not nauseated anymore.  Occasionally, I feel a little tired, but usually it is close to bedtime anyway.  I do still struggle a little with getting up in the morning.  It takes me a while to become fully awake, but that is getting better as well.
