Annie - I agree - I think sleeping pills help some people I am sure but long term they scare me - I want to find out why and try to fix the problem. I am also scared of feeling like I cannot do without sleeping pills - heaven knows I am on enough medications already.
When I feel like I cant sleep - I just get up and start doing some of my days chores and find stuff to do till I feel tired enough to sleep - average about 4 hours on good nights ! It started after my marriage broke up and has never really fixed itself. Now I just think of it as extra hours in my day so read, do the laundry, answer email and try to be productive during this time !
