After four LONGGGG nights I finally got some sleep last night. Don't know if it was the new meds, or if my body was finally worn out enough. I did wake up about midnight and didn't feel sleepy at all, but did go right back to sleep.
I'm still feeling anxious but not quite as bad as what it was, so maybe the prozac is kicking in a bit.

Say I am on prozac to . I had trouble sleeping not because of prozac but because of depression and anxiety. Ask your DR about symbax. It is prozac and a mood stablizer. is good for bipolar depression but works wonders on anxiety and sleep problems. This also worked for my sister who has very very bad anxiety problems. Sounds like you are getting better. Great!

I have to admit, I started feeling better as the day wore on. I'm trying to keep my mind busy on more positive things, so I'm hoping things are starting to click.
