Lexapro and help

Hello everyone, I been on lexapro for a month now first 3 days It was hard then after that I started noticing difference, I was still sad but not as much, I cried maybe once a week but not everday for 3 hours.
Last week I starting feeling very depressed again I know that some things came up but I'm getting sad like I used to be before, I dont know why. Is my body building talorence for Lexapro do I need to increase the dose, I started a new job and I have to be in best mental behvoir I cant miss days or seem down or I'm in big trouble. I need your advice
I dont have insurance till month from now should I increase my dose on my own.
Please someone help me

I wouldn't increase your dosage till talking to your doctore first. Try calling and explain to them how you are feeling and your insurance coverage. Come back and talk, it can help too.

Amy -- Are you seeing a psychiatrist or the family doctor? I would suggest talking to a psychiatrist. My Pdoc has me on small doses of both Wellbutrin and Lexapro so sometimes we need a combo. I know it's hard w/o insurance -- at least CALL your doctor right away before you do something on your own. Hope you feel better soon.
DX: chronic migraine, cervical degeneration, depression/anxiety 
RX: Wellbutrin, Lexapro, Soma, Immitrex
