With everything that I have been thru in my life. I wonder if I was probed and prodded if they would walk away stating that I am very mentally unstable.
I know the depression and anxiety are mental conditions, but I wonder just how far it goes.
I have never "snapped",but I do have that fear that I could.
Does anyone else worry about that?

Yes, sometimes I feel I am hanging on by a very thin sting and wonder when it is going to break..

Hi Shy
Guess we all have that fear at times..scarey stuff I reckon! Never actually reached the bottom of the barrel as such..but feel I have come very close at times!
Look towards the sunshine and the shadows will always fall behind :-)   - well that's the theory anyhow lol.

I think I heard one of,  if you keep looking back over your shoulder all you'll find are the hound dogs bitting at your butt.  I guess it was supposed to be funny? eyes    But it does have good imagery right? :-)

I know that I have not been right for a long time.  My depression and anxiety is a result of my past.  I thought I could control it all myself but then it got so bad, it was out of my control and I snapped and ended up having a breakdown.  I have spent the last 4 months in hospital being treated for depression, anxiety and post traumatic stress disorder.

I am doing so much better now but I never thought I would break like I did.

It was scary I have to admit.  I know what Elisha means by hanging on by a thread.  If you ever feel really bad, like you think something bad will happen or you get worse.....seek help.

Take care
