my problem is as well as suffering from anxiety i also have depression which im sure is common i think the two are linked. but my biggest problem is that i dont know if im depressed because im SO TIREDall the time or tired b/c of the depression. its sooo annoying. i thought exercise would help but just trying to walk around my neighborhood is exhausting. im only 17 by the way i should have energy. i got blood work done and my iron is fine and i dont have a thyroid condition what else could it be? its a struggle just to go to school everyday and afterwords i always feel immediately like falling asleep...
the worse thing is my mom is mean to me about it she basically seems to think im lazy i cant help it i feel tired all the itme and my eyes feel heavy. ok thanks for any input.

Welcome to the forum,I am glad that you found us.
Well being tired all of the time is a major sign of depression. Also, I have found that when I have major anxiety attacks I am exhausted afterwards
It does not mean you are lazy at all. It can also mean that your "clock" is out of whack. Let me ask you,did this start when it got cold out? Were you like this in the summer? I have found that during the winter I am always tired. And sunlight is something that helps me.
Also, you are a teen and right now your body is going thru alot of changes. My suggestion is going to the doctor and talking to him about the anxiety attacks, the depression and being tired all of the time. They might suggest changes in your diet (alot of sugar can do that too),or they might suggest some type of med that would help you.

I found this link for you to check out,it has some suggestions

Good luck and please let us know how you are.

You are very welcome.
Alot of people get depressed during winter. Also people that work in offices and are not around sunlight.
I still suggest that you talk to your doctor about it.
Good luck
