I am days are like a roller coaster..i feel gogod then i dont..then i feel fine again then i dont..i still function fine..but its like the only time i get bad is when i think about it..I am eating better now and am feeling some improvement..esp after I eat..but then a couple hours later i feel funky again....I really get the feelings at work..when i am at home or even in my car drivign home..or anywhere but here I eel fine..i think about it..but i dont have the knot in my stomach..I sit behind a computer all day could this have something to do with this...I  work in an office under flourescent lights all day..could this be SAD??..Or does it take a while for vitamins to get back into your system if you were on a diet and werent eating right??.

Have you talked to a therapist? It could be something as simple as the way you are processing in your mind the things that happen in your daily life. That was my problem and thanks to learning some self-help techniques like the tea form thought countering exercise and doing them most everyday I am feeling better than ever. There are a bunch of common thinking errors that can make you feel horrible and anxious, but the good news is that once you learn to catch when you are making them and counter them you will start to feel a lot more positive about everything.

Sounds like you are going through a rough patch just now...well, you have come to the right place - there are plenty of wonderful people here only too willing to help.
Hmm..I am thinking that going to your doctor for a checkup could be a plan..tell him/her exactly how you have been feeling lately - just like you have told us :)
Once it is determined what is wrong - then you can deal with it and work towards feeling better :-)

I agree with jordan - visit your doctor again and see what he thinks. You are obviousley going through a rough time and you have only just started the anti depressants so give it time, things should improve.

Talk to your doctor about what you are experiencing and he can maybe put your mind at rest.
