I know exactly how you feel, I used to have panic attacks when I was very depressed I used to try to stop myself from having them but it's really hard to get under control. I'm a manic depressive. My old therapist told me that doing possitive things such as - sports, drawing, reading, writing basically anything YOU like to do will take you're mind off of the depression - also exercise helps keep the depression down so does a healthy diet. I know it might be hard to get the motivation but you need to keep trying in order to beat the depression! Good luck Hun!
