Sorry to hear you had a little setback..but hey you survived, and just like when you fall off your pushbike - you gotta dust yourself off and get on with life again regardless
P/As are the bodys way of saying 'eek..time to slow down and have a rethink!' We have to ask ourselves if there is something going on in our lives that we need to change?..have I gotten into the bad habit of 'over thinking' again?...do my meds need readjusting a little? etc.
It doesn't really matter whether anyone else understands whats going on with you or not (always nice when they do tho) but the fact is that we are each responsible for our lives..take some positive action 'weepingwillow' and move on.
