Oh dear..mornings really are awful when you are feeling Low..the good news is when you seek help for all this eg. doctors visit, meds and/or counselling/therapy - it Does go away..thank goodness! When I have been low like you are just now I find it hard to like anyone esp. those closest to me (poor husband)..and even tho I know they mean well it just seems there are too many 'ick' feelings going on in my head!
Sometimes it's a good idea to change your morning routine - praise yourself for positive thoughts and actions - pamper yourself a little..maybe a visit to the hairdresser etc. sometimes us woman are so busy caring about others we forget about ourselves - even just exchanging a smile with someone helps sometimes Please seek help with all this soon.
