Hi, joined 2day, 38yrs old and on the anti-D's for 10yrs now, went on a PROZAC+LAMICTAL combo 12 mths ago and these having been my 7th successive meds change in all of this time I found myself no better off long term. What is it? I have tried practically all known A'D,s and no better off?
So, 3 days ago I stopped TOTALLY, no weaning, nothing, only thing is I am so tired and flat!!!!!!!!!!!!! no joking I feel beat, just wanna lie down all day? I hope this wears off, dont get me wrong I am not pissed off or down just wrecked?
What should I do? I would hope that my energy levels will come back? fed up with the Doc, dont wanna go there?

Marty

welcome to the forum I am very glad that you found us.

I went off of prozac/wellbutrin and had pretty bad withdrawls...mine were not being able to relax at all.
How long have you been off of the meds? I think you might be experiencing your own type of withdrawals and luckily it is just being tired.

I would try some type of vitamins just to try to help your body adjust from not having the meds.
I have researched how long it takes for certain meds to get out of your system and so far the info that I have found is different for everyone. So I would give it a few more days, drink lots of water and try to get some type of exercise Your body is going through a major adjustment right now.
